Great to meet you!

So glad you are here!

I work with teens, young adults, and millennials who struggle with anxiety, self doubt, people pleasing, and feel lost, despite looking like they have it all together. I am especially passionate about helping clients who grew up in emotionally unsafe or unpredictable environments and learned to stay quiet, be good, or take care of others at the expense of their own needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. We will work together to understand why certain patterns show up in your life, where they came from, and ways to help you feel more calm and grounded. We’ll spend time noticing how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and nervous system all connect, and practice new ways of responding to stress, self doubt, and intense emotions with more compassion and confidence.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about seeing if we’re a good fit both clinically and personality wise. Therapy works best when you feel comfortable, understood, and safe being honest, so there is no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you are ready to. My goal is to create a space that feels welcoming, grounded, and collaborative, where you can start showing up as yourself and we can decide together what next steps make sense.
