Great to meet you!

Looking for therapy that doesn’t feel like a chore and a therapist who's part insight, part humor, and all heart? Congratulations, you just found your therapeutic partner-in-crime. I'm a trauma sensitive, neurodivergent therapist who is committed to creating a safe and judgment-free space.

My approach to therapy

I wholeheartedly welcome and affirm individuals of all all neurotypes, genders, sexualities, races, religions, abilities, sizes/shapes, & the myriad of in-between identities and intersectionalities that shape us. I also have professional/lived experience with religious trauma & intellectualizers; the cripplingly self aware. With an eclectic approach using Coherence Therapy, ACT, Reparenting, IFS & Religious Trauma Institute enrollment, I am equipped to support you in creating a life rooted in your values. Our therapeutic bond is a partnership built on trust, collaboration, & empathy. Your healing journey is significant, & I'd be privileged to walk alongside you. Together, we'll create a safe space where you can explore, grow, & embrace your authentic self.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, curious and compassionate partner. The first session can be nerve wracking for everyone but I do my best to check in and make sure you are comfortable- knowing that we don't have to rush it. We will leave with a clear sense of direction forward and a plan of how to use our time together to support you best.
