Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in the treatment of young adults, adults, and families. I obtained my masters degree in Social Work from Binghamton University. My areas of expertise are with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family issues, grief and loss, and life transitions. I am also a certified Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner.

My approach to therapy

Seeking out therapy can be a difficult endeavor. My goal is to create a welcoming and compassionate space to work collaboratively with you on the needs that bring you to treatment. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, and ACT. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I have years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect freedom from judgment and a safe space to explore all of the things that you choose.
