Great to meet you!

Watching your child or teen struggle emotionally can be heartbreaking, but you don’t have to face this alone. As a board certified psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) I work with children, teens and young adults (ages 6 to 30 years old) using a strength-based approach to support and empower my patients and their family with knowledge and tools to thrive. Together, we can navigate the complexities of mental health and build your brighter future.

My approach to therapy

Each person is unique, so is their path to wellness. My approach is rooted in empathy, creativity, evidence based practice and collaboration with clients, including parents of children/teens. We'll look at how the mind, body and environment impact your mental health, working together to address root causes of mental health struggles. I use a big toolbox to promote long-term well-being and resilience, including psychotherapy, medication management, holistic support and strengths-based coaching.

What you can expect from me

I start with a comprehensive evaluation, including extensive history collection, then we work together to create a personalized treatment plan that may include supportive psychotherapy, medication management, nutritional supplements and wellness coaching. If you’re looking for a compassionate, experienced partner in your mental health journey, I invite you to reach out. Let’s work together to create a path to healing and hope.
