Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Katie. I'm a psychologist and recovering perfectionist. If your brain is constantly playing a highlight reel of everything you should be doing better, we’ll probably get along great! I work with adults who are tired of being ruled by anxiety, people-pleasing, body image, depression, burnout, or self-doubt. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and occasionally a little bit spicy.

My approach to therapy

My clients are often smart, self-aware, and successful on paper, but internally feel like they’re white-knuckling their way through life. Together, we work on building a more peaceful relationship with your thoughts, your feelings, and your worth. You can expect a mix of evidence-based tools (ACT, trauma-informed work, etc.), some gently-delivered truths, and probably a few metaphors.

What you can expect from me

Clients usually leave sessions feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and a little more like themselves. You might not get instant answers, but you will get honesty, curiosity, and tools that make real life feel a bit more doable.
