Great to meet you!

I am a hands-on clinician, who enjoys engaging with clients to help them make meaningful change. I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or going through significant life changes. I primarily work with parents and pregnant people, focusing on the transition to parenting, parenting children ages 0-5, general anxiety and mood changes related to parenting, pregnancy, and/or PMADS.

I am also an ICEA certified childbirth and infant care educator.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am proud to provide culturally sensitive, empowering, and client-directed therapy. I love working with new and expectant parents and feel fortunate to be a part of the process. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and evidence based psychoeducation, such as CBT, ACT, and resources from The Gottman Institute and Postpartum Support International.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients who work with me will feel supported, seen, and heard. They are an integral part of creating goals and identifying areas of growth. I work to create a welcoming environment where clients feel safe to share and explore their thoughts and feelings. My clients leave therapy with new and useful skills and a better understanding of them themselves as individuals and parents.
