Great to meet you!

Our sense of self is shaped by the stories we create about ourselves. I believe those stories are better expressed through art. Creation is an important part of the human experience. My goal is to help you pour yourself out into the world to better understand who you are. Together we can create opportunities to change the picture.

My approach to therapy

Our work together will be based in self-expression and how that can be used for self-awareness and growth. We cannot change what we do not know. Through a combination of creative expression and talk therapy you can come to see and know yourself which is the first step to meaningful change.

Most of my work has been with children, adolescents, and families.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe, welcoming space where you are able to express yourself openly. We collaborate to set goals for our work together and reassess as needed.
