Great to meet you!

If you "don't know where to start", feel stuck in life or overwhelmed by anxiety and depression you've come to the right place. As a compassionate and experienced therapist with expertise in boundary setting, self-esteem improvement, anxiety and depression management, and shadow work to heal childhood trauma, I am confident that I can guide you through the challenges you're facing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a solution-focused, strengths-based therapist, I’ll help you gain an understanding of what’s holding you back from living the life you want. I draw on strengths you already possess to help you make a plan to reach your goals. I use mindfulness based practices to provide a nonjudgmental space that allows for vulnerability and healing to occur.

What you can expect from our first session

I recognize that therapy is NOT a “one size fits all” approach. Your story is unique and requires attention to detail. You are the expert in your life, and I’m here to assist you with learning more about yourself. It is my job to make you feel as comfortable as possible while we work together to create a plan with your goals at the center.
