I am an LMHC in NY with 12+ years of experience in the mental health field. I have certifications in ASDCS (Autism Spectrum Disorder Certified Specialist) and ADHD-CCSP (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Certified Clinical Services Provider). The array of my professional experience varies from educational program for students with ASD, behavior specialist for residential program for adults with comorbid intellectual/physical disabilities and mental health diagnoses, home base therapy and private practice locations.

It is important to see the whole picture to better understand current patterns of behavior/thought patterns and how best to problem solve and empower clients for healthier choices/better quality of life.
