Great to meet you!

I bring warmth, humor, and clear guidance to therapy. Cognitive techniques help uncover how thoughts shape emotions and actions, while mindfulness fosters calm and focus. We’ll also explore your values to guide our work. Humor keeps things light, and directness ensures we stay on track. Together, we’ll work toward lasting growth and confidence.I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Wake Forest University.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping adolescents and adults work through addiction, anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, and body image issues. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore challenges, values, and build practical strategies and work towards growth. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, and Brainspotting (Level 1 &2 trained).

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll do a formal intake, but I like it to feel like a real conversation — we'll explore what's bringing you in, what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and start shaping your goals together. I follow the thread of what feels most important rather than sticking to a rigid formula.
