Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Katie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel like a real, human connection. I draw from an eclectic mix of evidenced-based modalities; including mindfulness and cognitive behavioral tools. I earned my MSW from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and continue to train in approaches that support both emotional and embodied healing. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you with care, curiosity, and compassion.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and attuned to your unique experiences. My style is warm, curious, and engaged. I meet you where you are, and we move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop meaningful tools, and feel more grounded in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave our sessions with greater clarity, self-awareness, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. I create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly and at your own pace. Together, we work toward goals like building emotional resilience, understanding patterns that may be holding you back, and developing healthier ways to cope and connect. My aim is for you to feel more grounded, empowered, and equipped to face whatever comes next with confidence and self-compassion.
