Great to meet you!

Becoming a mother changes everything — your body, identity, relationships, sense of self. Between sleepless nights and the pressure to "bounce back," it's easy to lose yourself. If you're anxious, overwhelmed, or grieving who you used to be, you're not broken, and you don't have to do this alone.

I'm a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist specializing in pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood — postpartum anxiety, depression, identity shifts, birth trauma, and isolation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, using CBT and strength-based methods — but what matters most is the relationship we build.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect our sessions to be a space where you feel truly heard and supported — especially through the emotional realities of pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. Alongside that validation, we'll work together to find a new perspective on the difficult moments you're facing, and I'll offer concrete, doable steps each week to help you feel more grounded, confident, and like yourself again.
