Great to meet you!

My job as a Therapist is to work collaboratively with clients to help you heal and grow. My approach is gentle and direct, and while I have confidence in my knowledge about therapy, I treat every client as an individual and learn from every person who works with me. My clients would say they trust my intuition, pay close attention, tell them the truth and empower them with ongoing effective strategies for healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I began my career working in Addiction Recovery and spent the first 6 years gaining experience in both Outpatient and Residential treatment settings for both Addiction and Mental Illness. I then began my private practice work, and have specialized in Anxiety, Complex PTSD, Disordered Eating and Body Dysmorphia for the past 8 years.

What you can expect from our first session

I am currently taking new clients, and begin the process with each potential client by setting up a free 15 minute phone consultation. On this call, we discuss a bit about what is bringing you to Therapy, as well as any Therapy experience you have had in the past. You also have the opportunity to ask me any questions you have in choosing your Therapist.
