Great to meet you!

I work with young women who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in their heads—constantly overthinking, people-pleasing, or doubting themselves. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LCADC) in New Jersey, and I offer a space that’s real, supportive, and judgment-free. You don’t have to be “put together” to start therapy. We’ll work together to untangle stress, build emotional strength, and help you reconnect with who you are and what you actually want.

My approach to therapy

In sessions, you get a safe, judgment-free space to be real about what’s going on—no pressure to have it all figured out. I work with women dealing with stress, burnout, anxiety, relationship stuff, and big life changes. Using practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT, solution-focused therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and mindfulness, I help you break out of unhelpful cycles, build coping tools that actually hit, and make changes that fit your real life. The goal? Feeling more grounded, confident, and solid in who you are.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is designed to feel supportive and low-pressure, so you can show up just as you are. We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what brought you to therapy, and what you’d like to work on—at your own pace.
