Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional, and I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation with someone who genuinely understands. You do not have to arrive with perfect words or a tidy explanation of what feels heavy. Showing up is enough to begin.
Much of my work is with LGBTQ+ clients and people moving through reproductive and perinatal experiences, including fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum adjustment, and the many paths people take toward building a family. These experiences are often met with well-meaning advice when what people really need is steady, thoughtful support. I want our sessions to feel different: honest, affirming, and centered on what you actually need.
Outside of work, I enjoy rowing, spending time with my cavapoo puppy, and being with the people I love. Time with friends keeps me grounded, and I think that matters here. I know healing happens in connection, in being seen clearly, and in having a place where you do not have to carry everything alone.
