Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who works with individuals navigating life transitions, relationships, and the emotional complexity of modern, busy lives. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and specialize in supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and family related transitions. I also have training in energy psychology, which I integrate into my work in a grounded and practical way. I focus on tools that support real life application and sustainable growth.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe me as calming and easy to talk to. I aim to create a supportive and non-judgmental space while also helping clients gently challenge unhelpful patterns and strengthen boundaries, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. My work is especially suited for those seeking depth and growth without overly prescriptive wellness language.

Above all, I value authenticity, safety, and respect in the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves and to others.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy right now. We’ll talk about your goals, what’s feeling most challenging, and what you hope to get out of this space. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history and current stressors, but we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we’ll begin clarifying what matters most to you, while also discussing practical next steps and goals for our work. Many clients leave the first session feeling more grounded, clearer about their direction, and reassured about what therapy with me will look like going forward.
