Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing mental health services in school, community, nonprofit, and private practice settings. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work and have additional specialized training in sport social work and athlete mental health.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and athletes navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, relationship and family challenges, performance pressure, and difficulty balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. My professional experience also includes supporting individuals impacted by trauma and working with youth and families from diverse backgrounds.
I understand that people often come to therapy while carrying a lot: work, school, relationships, family responsibilities, expectations, and personal challenges that may not always be visible to others. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly, better understand what you are experiencing, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful changes that support your overall well-being.
