Hello and welcome! My name is Kate Hindle and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been practicing for about 11 years now and am a firm believer that the best way to help someone is to understand the person. Therefore, I take the time to get to know you, your struggles and goals to form a person-centered approach to our sessions.
While it is person centered I do use treatment modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, trauma informed care and more. Each session we will determine what it is that you are wanting or needing and then work from there.
I believe therapy is 80% you and the work you do outside of sessions, and 20% me in what we do during the session. We will work together to create goals personalized to your needs and wants.
