If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, or simply don't feel like yourself, therapy can help you understand what's underneath those feelings and find a way forward. I adapt therapy to each person's needs, experiences, and goals.
Trauma therapy is an important part of my work, including supporting people who are experiencing post-traumatic stress symptoms. I also have a particular interest in helping clients identify the underlying causes of their emotions, and develop healthier ways to cope.
I believe that mental health is connected to the whole of your life. Strengthening relationships, physical health, work, and the activities that bring you meaning and enjoyment can all play an important role in feeling better. My approach is supportive, practical, and focused on your strengths. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way and develop solutions that help you feel more confident, connected, and able to enjoy your life.
