Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor, I work with adolescents and young adults, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.

Whether helping adolescents build healthy habits and navigate emotions through talk therapy or supporting young adults in overcoming anxiety, depression, and trauma, my goal is to tailor therapy to meet your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where adolescents and young adults feel heard and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. Using CBT, I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical coping strategies, while my person-centered approach fosters self-awareness, growth, and confidence. My goal is to empower clients to build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where they can feel comfortable sharing at their own pace. I take time to get to know each client, learn about their background, and understand what brings them to therapy. The focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a sense of trust and safety. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals for therapy and exploring the areas clients would like to grow in, setting the foundation for meaningful progress.
