Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Katrevia Campbell, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions.

My approach is collaborative and holistic. I believe mental health treatment works best when it addresses the whole person — mind, body, and lived experience. With a background in women’s health and advanced nursing practice, I bring a deep understanding of how stress, trauma, relationships, and life changes impact emotional well-being.

I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical strategies to help you regain balance and confidence.

Healing is possible. And you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, evidence-based, and centered on the whole person. I believe treatment works best when patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care decisions.

I take time to understand your history, stressors, relationships, cultural background, and medical factors that may be influencing your mental health. Together, we develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical coping strategies.

My goal is not just symptom reduction, but long-term stability, resilience, and improved quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for you to share your story at your pace. We’ll talk about what brought you in, how your symptoms are affecting your daily life, and what you hope to improve.

I’ll ask structured questions to ensure we complete a thorough assessment, but this is also a conversation — not an interrogation. By the end of our session, you’ll have a better understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms and a clear, personalized plan moving forward.

You can expect transparency, respect, and collaboration from the start.
