Great to meet you!
We all struggle with something in this life. Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward can be exhausting. Many adults struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, school stress, financial hardship, relationship difficulties, or work-related pressure, and at times it can feel like there’s no way out. Sometimes you cannot talk to friends or family about your problems because they may not understand, they think they know what is best for you, or you fear being judged. This is why 1 Samuel 16:7 inspires me as a social worker.
I work with adults seeking clarity, stability, and personal growth, including young adults navigating transition to independence. This includes individuals living with chronic mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar disorder, when clinically stable. I have experience supporting symptoms such as auditory hallucinations, mood fluctuation, social withdrawal, and difficulty with motivation.
For those who want it, sessions may also explore spiritual or faith-related concerns, including experiences clients may describe as spiritual struggle or oppression, and how these beliefs may affect emotional, mental, or even physical health.
