A bit about my approach to therapy

I look to the future. As we get to know each other, we will explore some of the experiences in your life that have brought you to where you are today as a beautiful and complex human being with flaws and moments of genius. We will honor those moments and determine how to keep what best serves you and what beliefs, self-imposed barriers, and fears need to be addressed and challenged to help you reach your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Solution-focused therapy starts with the destination and then works backwards to build the map to get you there.Think about these questions: If during the middle of the night, a miracle happened and the problem that prompted you to seek therapy was suddenly resolved but you had no way of knowing because you were sleeping, what might be the changes you notice to indicate this problem was gone? How would you feel? What would it be like to not have these feelings and issues hanging over your head?
