Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping adolescents and adults reclaim their sense of self. Over the past 13 years, I’ve supported clients through anxiety, depression, divorce, and the journey toward self-empowerment. Backed by a Master’s from TCU and a B.S. from Langston University, I combine professional expertise with a safe, non-judgmental approach to help you navigate your way to your best self.

My approach to therapy

Life’s challenges don't have to be faced alone. I offer a supportive partnership to help you navigate through the tough spots and emerge stronger, more resilient, and ready to thrive.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will briefly review your intake forms and informed consent together to ensure you feel clear and confident about how we work. Most importantly, we’ll start by creating a comfortable space for you to share what’s on your mind. This is your time to share what’s currently weighing on you and for us to see how I can best support you in navigating those challenges.
