Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Katrina. Authentic human connection is my passion. As a psychotherapist with a decade of experience, I’m committed to providing compassionate and evidenced-based mental health care with the unique needs of women and moms in mind. I specialize in anxiety, depression, caregiver stress and burnout, challenges of parenting neurodiverse children, life transitions, chronic conditions, and overwhelm with the mental load of motherhood.

My approach to therapy

This work is truly an honor and a privilege, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to sit alongside you and hold space in your most vulnerable moments. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and empowering, and I value authenticity and humor. I draw from several evidenced-based interventions, including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based strategies. I also view your experience through the lens of the feminist framework, and I honor the strengths you possess and the unique challenges you face as a woman.

What you can expect from me

I'm passionate about creating a healing space where you can express and explore your thoughts and feelings free of judgement. In our work together, I’ll help you build effective coping skills, set healthy boundaries, and prioritize your self-care so you can feel calm and connected again. You deserve a space where you feel safe, seen, heard, and understood. I can’t wait to connect with you!
