Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist and clinical supervisor who works from a relational and systems-oriented perspective. I help clients notice patterns in their thoughts, relationships, and behaviors that support greater alignment or pull them away from their goals.

I’ve spent my career supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. I offer a collaborative, grounded space focused on insight, self-understanding, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, systems-focused, and reflective. I work with clients to notice recurring patterns in thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and relationships, and to understand how those patterns developed and what purpose they serve. Together, we explore which patterns support growth and which ones may be keeping you stuck or disconnected from your values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to slow things down and get oriented. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what support has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. I’ll ask questions, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.

You can expect a calm, non-judgmental environment where we focus on understanding you as a whole person. By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel heard, grounded, and clearer about what our work together might look like moving forward.
