Great to meet you!
One of the things I care most about is building a therapy space that feels comfortable, inclusive, and empowering, one where you can explore real change at your own pace.
My training draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Experiential Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and a range of Holistic Wellness modalities. I also hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification in Adaptive Therapeutic Yoga and am a Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, which allows me to bring a truly integrated mind-body lens to my work.
I hold a B.S. in Psychology from UTSA (2007) and an M.S. in Professional Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University (2013), and I have continued pursuing training in OCD, Grief, Child Development, and Cultural Competency throughout my career.
Outside the therapy room, I'm a homeschooling mom and wife who loves iced lattes, reading, catching an NBA or NFL game, and exploring the outdoors with my family and community.
