Great to meet you!

As a licensed counselor and person with multiple roles in life, I believe prioritizing mental health is essential and key to stability and balance. Reaching out for help is perhaps the hardest step to the path of wellness, so congratulations on starting your journey! I’ve been practicing for 30 years and primarily work with adult and adolescent clients aged 15-70 who struggle with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is an individualized approach based on needs you identify. My role is that of partner in your wellness journey. It is important to me that we communicate openly, and that you feel valued and respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you every step the way.

What you can expect from me

We will begin with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure out and implement steps to help move you toward your goals. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, safe and secure environment where you feel comfortable with openly sharing your thoughts and feelings. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to transition your goals into reality.
