Great to meet you!

I’m the therapist who tells the truth, laughs with you about the absurdity of being human, and holds you accountable — while somehow still feeling like a safe place to fall apart. I’m annoyingly enthusiastic about this job, and my fast-moving brain loves nothing more than figuring out why your patterns formed, not just how to ditch them. In our work together, you get a space that’s warm, honest, and performance-free — no need to have it all figured out before you walk in. We’ll make sense of the parts of you that feel confusing or long-ignored, with compassion, clarity, and a little humor.

My approach to therapy

My approach is a bit of an alphabet soup — I’m trained in enough modalities that my bio reads like word salad (yes, even EMDR and somatic) In practice, it just means I’ve got a lot of tools and a good instinct for which one you actually need. I especially love working with neurodivergent folks, sarcastic-but-secretly-soft-hearted people, and anyone standing in a relationship going “wait...is this normal? Am I the problem?” (Probably not. Let’s find out together.)

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re untangling old trauma, decoding a relationship, or just trying to figure out why you cried at a dog food commercial, I’m here with guidance, insight, and tools that actually work outside of a therapy office. Trauma and attachment wounds have a sneaky way of showing up in everything — how you date, argue, text back (or don’t), and talk to yourself at 2am. Together, we’ll pull apart the patterns that aren’t serving you anymore and build coping skills that don’t involve pretending you’re fine.
