Great to meet you!

I’ve been told I’m “the therapist for people who don’t like therapists” The kind of therapist who tells you the truth, laughs with you, and holds you accountable — and somehow makes it feel like a safe home.

My work is about slowing things down enough to understand why patterns formed, not just how to get rid of them. In our work together, I offer a space that’s warm, honest, and open —where you don’t have to perform or explain yourself perfectly. We’ll explore the parts of you that feel confusing, protective, or long ignored, and make sense of them with compassion and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends insight with practicality. i deeply value education and constantly stay up to date on latest treatment options. This usually involves attachment, family patterns early on, conflict resolution, and patterns that have developed throughout on life.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is engaged, curious, and genuinely interested in your inner world, I’d be glad to meet you.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re navigating past trauma, relationships, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of your emotions, I’m here to offer guidance, insight, and practical tools. You don’t have to face these challenges alone; with the belief that healing is not only possible, but within your reach. I understand that trauma and attachment wounds can deeply affect how you relate to yourself and others. Together, we’ll unravel patterns that no longer serve you and work toward developing healthier coping.
