Great to meet you!

I am Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has a master's degree in nursing and social work. I have been serving individuals with mental health challenges for over 20 years. I understand how it feels to be lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of the next step, and my passion is helping people find hope and clarity when life feels heavy. Over the years, I've helped many individuals navigate depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and major life transitions to rediscover peace and purpose. Above all, I want you to know you are not alone, and there is a way forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and personalized, which may include medication management, lifestyle changes, and supportive therapy tailored to your unique needs. I believe in walking alongside you-not telling you what to do but partnering with you as we problem solve together.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a safe and compassionate space where you feel heard and understood without judgment. Together, we'll explore what's weighing you down and identify practical steps towards healing and growth. You'll leave with greater clarity, tools to manage challenges, and a personalized plan that may include medication support, lifestyle strategies, and therapeutic guidance. My goal is for you to walk away feeling more hopeful, empowered, and confident in your ability to move forward knowing you're not alone on your journey.
