Great to meet you!

Something brought you here today. Maybe you're carrying something heavy that's hard to name. Maybe a relationship isn't working the way you hoped. Maybe life shifted in a way you weren't prepared for and you haven't felt like yourself since. Whatever it is — you're in the right place.

I work with individuals and couples navigating reproductive health, life transitions, and relationships. I specialize in infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum adjustment, as well as the moments when life leaves you feeling stuck, disconnected, or not quite yourself. With couples, I focus on communication, intimacy, and rebuilding trust and connection after rupture.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws from attachment theory, EFT, and trauma-informed frameworks — which in plain language means I care about why you feel the way you feel, not just what to do about it. My work with couples is deepened by betrayal-trauma training and direct training with Esther Perel, bringing nuance to the full complexity of desire, conflict, and repair in relationships.

What you can expect from me

I bring warmth, curiosity, and occasional directness to the work. I won't wait in silence for you to perform insight — I'll be genuinely present with you. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all identities, relationship structures, and cultural backgrounds. As someone who navigated immigration myself, I bring particular sensitivity to the experience of living between cultures and carrying more than one sense of home.

All sessions are online across New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation — reach out whenever you're ready.
