Specializes in

Grief, Loss

Great to meet you!

I specialize in treating adults living with a disabling health condition, caregivers who are supporting someone with a health condition, and those grieving the loss of a loved one. Living with a serious illness or grief can bring about feelings of anxiety, depression and trauma. Let's create a safe space to help you cope while attending to your heart, mind, and body.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I typically use an integrative approach with elements of narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness.

What you can expect from our first session

I am non-judgmental, compassionate, and kind. I seek to get to know my clients deeply through open, honest conversations. Every person who takes the step to get support is a unique individual with unique experiences, and I will treat you as such. I'm a coffee and a comfy sweater type of person. Comfort items, nourishment and four legged friends are all welcome in our sessions! I look forward to exploring whether my services might be a good fit for you.
