Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist with a passion for helping people heal and grow. I specialize in trauma treatment and often use EMDR to support clients in moving through painful experiences. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative approach, meeting clients where they are and helping them feel safe and supported. I specialize in trauma work and use EMDR along with talk therapy to help clients process and heal. Whether you're navigating anxiety, past abuse, or relationship challenges, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a space that’s honest, supportive, and even sprinkled with a little humor when it helps. My goal is for you to feel truly seen without judgment, and to walk away from sessions with more clarity, confidence, and tools to handle life’s challenges. We’ll work together to untangle what’s been holding you back and move toward healing and growth
