Great to meet you!

I’m a somatic-based therapist who supports individuals and couples in reconnecting with their bodies to process trauma and build more authentic, grounded relationships. My work is LGBTQ+ affirming, and I’m committed to creating a space where all identities and relationship structures are respected and understood. I draw on specialized training in trauma-informed care and somatic approaches to help clients move beyond insight into real, felt change. With a background in counseling and experience working with both individuals and couples, I focus on helping clients feel safer in their bodies, relationships, and sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, somatic, and trauma-informed, meaning we pay close attention to both your lived experiences and how they show up in your body. I work at your pace, integrating talk therapy with body-based awareness to help you process emotions, regulate your nervous system, and build a deeper sense of safety and connection. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients, couples, and those navigating trauma, with a focus on identity, attachment, and relational patterns. Throughout our work, I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore, heal, and move toward more aligned and fulfilling relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, affirming space where we focus on getting to know you at your pace—what’s bringing you in, what’s feeling most important, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll begin to explore your history and current concerns while also gently introducing somatic awareness, helping you notice how your experiences show up in your body. Together, we’ll identify initial goals and discuss what feeling safe, supported, and meaningful progress looks like for you. My aim is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, grounded, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together moving forward.
