Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist who brings a warm, direct, and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel supported, understood, and empowered, while also being gently challenged in ways that promote growth and insight.

My work is grounded in EMDR, attachment theory, CBT-based skills, and solution-focused interventions. I tailor treatment to each individual and family, integrating these approaches to address both present-day concerns and deeper patterns that may be influencing emotions, relationships, and behavior.

I have extensive experience working with children and families and specialize in supporting parents as they build and strengthen secure attachment with their children. Through years of family-focused work, I have helped parents better understand their child’s emotional needs, respond with confidence, and create stronger, more connected relationships. I also provide parent coaching for those navigating behavioral challenges, stress, or transitions in family life.

In addition to parenting support, I work with adults experiencing mood disorders, stress, and overwhelm. When appropriate, I incorporate humor as a way to help clients feel more at ease and grounded during the therapeutic process.

Whether clients are working toward healing, personal growth, or simply seeking a space to slow down and be present with their feelings, I strive to offer a supportive environment where all emotions are welcome.

I truly value the privilege of walking alongside clients as they grow, heal, and strengthen their connections.
