Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois with over eight years of experience working with a diverse range of clients. I have supported individuals navigating mood disorders, anxiety, and personality disorders, as well as life stressors and transitions.

I strive to create a warm, safe environment where you can share openly and without judgment. I understand that deciding to begin therapy takes courage, and I’m here to walk alongside you in that process — offering support, guidance, and practical tools to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is individualized and collaborative. I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. What works well for one person may not work well for another, so I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches depending on what feels most supportive and effective for you.

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe meaningful change happens within a space built on trust, respect, and vulnerability. Creating that foundation is essential to the process, and I am committed to fostering a relationship where you feel seen, heard, and understood

What you can expect from me

I value transparency and believe it’s important for us to get to know one another so the therapeutic process can begin on a strong foundation. The first session is an opportunity for us to build connection and clarity.

We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain from the process, and what you can expect from working with me. We’ll also discuss your goals and how you’ll know when progress is being made. Establishing this shared understanding helps ensure that our work together feels purposeful and aligned with what matters most to you.
