Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm really looking forward to meeting you. Making that first appointment is a big step, and I want to make it as painless as possible.

I became a Licensed Professional Counselor after teaching private voice lessons for 17 years. I learned that one thing I loved more than teaching people to sing was helping them find their voice in other areas. My goal is to provide a safe space where clients can be themselves and feel accepted.

My approach to therapy

I help real people deal with real life. Whether that is relationship issues, insecurities, anxiety, depression, loneliness, chronic pain, or something else... you don't have to struggle alone. We work on adjusting the thoughts, behaviors, and feelings that are causing you harm. We also learn coping skills & life strategies to help maintain a more peaceful existence.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is all about you. My goal is to provide a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where you feel comfortable and safe. We can sit and talk or play UNO. Your session is YOUR session.
