Great to meet you!

Welcome! I strongly believe in individualized therapy as no two people have exactly the same needs. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, boundary work, LGBTQ+, self esteem, sex and relationships, and life transitions.

Not sure where to start? That's ok! I'm also skilled in helping my clients understand themselves and clarify their goals. As a seasoned clinician of 15 years experience I have worked with people of all walks of life am ready to help you find your unique path to happiness!

My approach to therapy

When you enter therapy with me you can expect to be treated in a warm, relaxed, nonjudgmental, and safe environment.

All of my sessions and therapy styles are hand tailored to you and your unique needs. I utilize an eclectic style so I can better adapt to what works best for you. I often use a mixture of CBT, DBT, REBT, trauma focused tools, coping skill training, and core belief work to name a few. I also have training in EMDR, trauma focused cbt, and mind-body methods.

What you can expect from me

I base my therapy practice on your specific goals and needs. We'll also spend some time getting to know each other and discussing your background and areas of concerns. Once we know what your goals and needs are, our next step will be to outline your goals, what methods will work best for you, and make sure we have a solid treatment plan.

You can expect our sessions to be heavily focused on what you need. This can be everything from being taught new coping skills, learning new relationship or life skills, working on trauma, or just having a safe place to process difficult situations.
