Great to meet you!

As a member of a marginalized community myself I personally understand how hard it can be to reach out and ask for help. I remember going to see a therapist for the first time when I was in high school. Through the years I have been on my own journey of exploration which led me to being a therapist.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing therapy is asking what motivated you to seek additional support along with building rapport while getting to know your strengths and challenges. Most if not all of my clients have isolated, struggled to connect and communicate with others and needed a helping hand to return to where they once were or to begin again.

What you can expect from me

I provide my clients with a safe space where they can be their authentic selves. It takes time to make positive changes and it would be my honor to walk along side you as you uncover, discover and discard what no longer works for you so that you can become the person you were always meant to be.
