Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Katya, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I work with adults, families, and couples who feel stuck in patterns of stress, anxiety, relationship conflict, or life transitions and want a clearer path forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is both thoughtful and practical. I help clients understand how past experiences, habits, and belief systems shape their current patterns, while also focusing on concrete strategies that support real change in daily life. Many of my clients are insightful and capable people who feel frustrated that understanding their problems hasn’t yet translated into lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, we focus on identifying the patterns that keep you stuck and intentionally reshaping them. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and supportive therapy while tailoring treatment to each individual or couple.

Clients often appreciate that my style is warm, direct, and collaborative. Therapy with me is a space where you can think deeply, challenge old patterns, and develop practical tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
