Great to meet you!

I have been practicing as a therapist since 2014 and bring over a decade of clinical experience to my work. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns. My experience allows me to stay grounded, attuned, and thoughtful in sessions, helping clients feel supported while also guiding the therapeutic process with care and intention.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, emphasizing safety, collaboration, and empowerment. I work at your pace, honoring your experiences while helping you build emotional awareness, resilience, and effective coping skills. Therapy is a space to deepen self-understanding and move toward meaningful, self-directed change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I work collaboratively, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is thoughtful and compassionate, while also being practical and goal-oriented. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools you can use in everyday life to create meaningful and lasting change.
