Great to meet you!

I am an Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who has been working in the Bay Area for the past three years. I have worked in different settings with populations of all ages, but primarily have experience working with adolescents and young adults. I have worked with a variety of mental health conditions, from depression and anxiety to PTSD.

My approach to therapy

I conceptualize my client's utilizing a relational framework and primarily utilize mindfulness base interventions. For younger clients, I also utilize play and art-based interventions when appropriate

What you can expect from me

In the beginning, I like to welcome my clients into the world of therapy. I review confidentiality, expectations, my therapeutic framework and benefits and risks so that my clients are able to provide informed consent to treatment. I assess for risk of harm to self and/or others if appropriate. I explore the reason(s) my clients may have to seeking therapy at this time.
