Great to meet you!

My practice is welcoming and nonjudgmental. I strive to help you make positive changes toward a life well-lived and have fulfilling, satisfying relationships.

I hold a Master of Science in Counseling degree and help couples heal using EFT, a research based "gold standard" in couples' therapy. Additionally, I am a trauma informed EMDR trained therapist. My training and experience assist couples and individuals renew their lives and move toward a life of well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that everyone has the capacity to move beyond life's challenges and experience strong and healthy lives and relationships. I have a strong belief in empathy and positive regard for all my clients and strive to help them feel supported, as well as challenged during and after sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

When a client leaves my office, I want them to leave with knowledge and a better understanding of who they are. I hope they begin to reach inward with compassion as they move forward in their life's journey.
