Great to meet you!

I work with teens 16 years+ and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, trauma, ADHD, and self esteem struggles. Many of my clients come to therapy trying to understand themselves better and figure out why certain patterns keep showing up in their lives.

As a parent and therapist, I understand how life experiences, family dynamics, and past challenges shape who we become. Clients often describe me as open minded, supportive, and empowering. I aim to create a space where you can be honest about what you are going through while also feeling encouraged to grow and move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should help you understand yourself and your story more clearly. Together we explore where certain thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns come from and how they may be impacting your life today.

I spend time helping clients connect the dots between their past and present, while also learning practical ways to move forward. Many clients appreciate that I help explain what is happening emotionally and mentally so things start to make more sense. My goal is for our work together to feel collaborative, supportive, and focused on real progress.

What you can expect from me

Our first session focuses on getting to know you and understanding your story. We will talk about your background, important life experiences, and what brought you to therapy now.

Over time, the goal is for you to gain clarity, confidence, and tools that help you navigate life more independently. I often tell clients that therapy is not meant to last forever. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling stronger, more self aware, and ready to move forward with your life.
