Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Naturopathic Doctor with over five years of experience providing compassionate, holistic care through telehealth. My journey into healthcare began organically—people naturally sought me out for emotional and energetic support, and I wanted to serve them with integrity and expertise. I pursued my clinical doctorate in naturopathic medicine to honor that calling, then specialized in mental health through my counseling training because supporting emotional wellness has always been my deepest passion.

I work primarily with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and ancestral trauma. Many of my clients are seeking a provider who understands the whole person—someone who can hold space for both the clinical symptoms and the deeper, more nuanced aspects of their experience. This includes intuition, synchronicities, and other gifts that don't always fit neatly into conventional frameworks. If you've ever felt hesitant to share certain parts of your inner world with a therapist, I want you to know that all of you is welcome here.

When I'm not working, you'll find me traveling and exploring new places, or at home with my cat, Rumi.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, integrative, and deeply client-centered. I draw from mindfulness-based therapies, humanistic psychology, and narrative therapy, adapting my methods to fit what you need and what resonates with your own vision of health and healing. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment—instead, I trust that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you uncover your path forward.

I practice from a holistic perspective that honors the interconnection between mind, body, and spirit. This means we can explore not only your thoughts and behaviors, but also how your body holds stories, how your ancestry influences your present, and how your intuitive knowing can guide your healing. In our sessions, you'll find a judgment-free space where vulnerability is welcomed and your full humanity is honored. My background as both a naturopathic doctor and licensed therapist allows me to bridge conventional and holistic paradigms, offering you care that respects evidence-based practice while remaining open to wisdom beyond traditional frameworks.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine if we're a good fit. I'll ask about what brought you to therapy, the symptoms or struggles you're currently experiencing, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together. Since I work with insurance, we'll also collaboratively establish an initial diagnosis during this session.

Beyond the clinical necessities, I want to hear about you as a whole person. What matters to you? What strengths do you already carry? Are there parts of your experience—perhaps dreams, intuitive hits, or spiritual dimensions—that have felt unwelcome in other therapeutic spaces? This is your invitation to bring all of that forward. By the end of our first meeting, we'll discuss whether we feel like a good match and begin sketching out a path forward that honors your individual goals and your unique way of moving through the world.
