Great to meet you!

I am here to help you get unstuck and discover your best self and to create a fulfilling life. My goal as your therapist is to help you see the contributing factors to what is making you feel stuck and to guide you through the process to help you live a life that feels deeply satisfying to you. By creating a comfortable and supportive environment, infused with humor and objectivity, I will help you reduce those obstacles and provide you with the tools to tackle them on your own.

My approach to therapy

My philosophy is to create a trusting therapeutic bond that paves the way for connection, self-discovery, healing, empowerment, and personal transformation. Together, we will work collaboratively to process the challenges you are facing, understand their underlying causes, and develop adaptive responses to them. Our work will give you the tools to empower you to transition your life in a desired direction.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. This journey in transformation is collaborative and my goal is to support you through achieving each personal milestone to achieve your desired outcomes from therapy.
