Great to meet you!
Hello and bienvenido/a. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale, feel understood, and show up exactly as you are without judgment.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress, self esteem issues, life transitions, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself. Life is hard enough. Therapy should not feel like another place where you have to pretend everything is fine.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. As a bilingual clinician, I value creating a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and comfortable being themselves. Yes, even if “being yourself” currently means overthinking every text message you send.
I believe healing is not about becoming a different person. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, building healthier patterns, and learning how to move through life with greater clarity and confidence.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to figure everything out alone. And no, you do not need to have your entire life together before starting therapy either.
Outside of therapy, I’m a proud New Yorker who loves music, good conversations, and cheering on the Yankees and Knicks through both the celebrations and the heartbreaks. I believe authenticity, humor, and connection matter just as much in life as they do in therapy.
