Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kayce, a therapist dedicated to providing a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), ego state work, and trauma-informed care. My goal is to help you navigate challenges, build resilience, and develop tools for lasting change. Whether you're working through past trauma, managing depression, overcoming addiction, or striving for personal growth, I’m here to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. I tailor my approach to each individual, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and ego state work to explore different aspects of the self. I believe in working at a pace that feels comfortable while also gently challenging clients toward growth and healing. My goal is to help clients develop insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain deeper self-awareness, practical coping skills, and a greater sense of empowerment in your life. Together, we will work to identify patterns that may be holding you back, process difficult emotions, and build strategies for managing challenges more effectively. My goal is to help you develop resilience, improve your relationships, and create lasting change. Whether you are working through trauma, managing depression, or seeking personal growth, you will leave sessions with tools and insights to support your healing journey.
