Great to meet you!

Welcome—I'm so glad you're here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers an affirming, open-minded, and compassionate space for you to explore life’s challenges. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are and building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth. Whether you're navigating transitions, seeking healing, or simply needing a space to be heard, I’m here to walk alongside you with care and support.

My approach to therapy

Guiding clients toward a purposeful and mindful existence in their daily lives is a priority in my practice. My focus on healthy boundaries serves as a cornerstone, offering the tools for lasting balance and stability. I aim to facilitate emotional liberation from feelings of guilt, low self-esteem, and obstacles hindering self-efficacy, enabling clients to navigate their journeys toward emotional freedom.

Utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities—such as CBT, DBT, SFBT, and strength-based therapy—I tailor my approach to suit individual needs. Additionally, when suitable, I integrate EMDR as a powerful tool to aid clients on their paths toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

I foster a nurturing environment aimed at empowering clients through life's various challenges fostering a space that is affirming and free of judgment. Wherever you are on your personal journey, I am dedicated to meeting you there, providing guidance and support to help you traverse your chosen path toward fulfillment and well-being.
