Great to meet you!

I am passionate about guiding individuals on their journey toward healing and navigating life experiences, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and grief/loss. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges, trauma, grief/loss, relationship difficulties, personality-related concerns, and substance use, with over 10 years of experience in the field.

Together, we explore strengths, identify patterns, and develop practical tools to support healing, growth, and improved functioning.

My approach is trauma-informed and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, while drawing from Attachment Theory, Person-in-Environment, and Family Systems perspectives to promote meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing happens through deeper self-understanding and meaningful connection. I work with individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, mood disorders including mental health changes during pregnancy and postpartum transitions and other life changes.

My goal is to offer a grounded, supportive, and safe space where you feel heard, understood, and not alone while working through what feels heavy or overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building safety and trust. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

You’re also welcome to ask questions and learn more about my approach and how we’ll work together.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
